PLACING YOUR ORDER

You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to register with us so that you can retrieve your details and chosen delivery address/es. (Please note that this does not include your payment card details.) You'll be asked to set up a password to access your account. At checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the Order Summary page. When you're ready to complete your order, click the 'place order now' button and wait for an online receipt. You'll also be sent a confirmation email with details of your order shortly after we've received it. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

CONTRACT CREATION AND ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website. We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Bosphoressence.co.uk. As your product is shipped we will send you a despatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Change or cancel an order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

CONTRACT CANCELLATION UNDER THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the Products and not used them. Please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £100 online. This is subject to availability, and does not include gift vouchers, or premium delivery services.

ABOUT OUR DELIVERY SERVICE
All standard delivery is provided by Royal Mail. We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days First Class and 3-4 business days Second Class. All our charges are calculated based on the weight of the shipment and this will be incorporated into your shopping cart on checkout.

We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
If you've ordered items that are out of stock, we'll call you to discuss delivery.
If next working day or named day delivery is available for your order, we'll offer you these options at checkout. These options are available for Monday to Saturday delivery; order by 7pm previous day (Saturday 7pm for Monday delivery.
We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.
On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
We will deliver any item over the value of £20 with the Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service which will require a signature on receipt. In addition this service means that you will receive your order within 1-2 business days. If there's nobody available to sign for the item. Royal Mail will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. As all items are coming from Turkey we will advise when the stock will be arriving with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in the prices.

The 3-digit verification number on the credit card assures that the card is in the hands of an authorized user and the card number is valid. The information is sent electronically to the card-issuing bank for verification and authorization. The CVV2 number is located on the back of all credit cards and is the last three digits printed on the signature panel.

Actinic Payments also supports the Address Verification System (AVS) which is used to verify the identity of the person claiming to own the credit card. The system checks the billing address provided by the user with the address on file at the credit card company.

MISSING, INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If you've more than one item on your order and you haven't received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email or call us as before.

REFUND POLICY
We hope you'll be pleased with your purchase. If you should change your mind, and wish to return anything bought from Bosphoressence.co.uk, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product providing it is in a fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.

When you buy online, you have additional rights as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations. This means if you as the purchaser notify us in writing of your wish to return an item within 7 working days of receiving it, we'll refund you for both the purchase price and the delivery charge. Please make sure you take reasonable care of the item while it's in your possession, and that it's returned to us unused.

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:

DELIVERY CHARGES
We'll refund the purchaser any delivery charge paid when a product is faulty or damaged.
